The body of a man found in Maribyrnong on Monday is believed to be that of missing person Huu Lai.
Mr Hai was reported missing from Sunshine North on Friday.
His body was found in the Maribyrnong River.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner..
