Spottiswoode Hotel is this month holding a family fun day in a bid to raise $10,000 for the Good Friday Appeal.
All proceeds from the day will fund equipment, research and education to support the work of The Royal Children’s Hospital.
The day will include live music, face-painting, trivia, raffles and Harley rides across the West Gate Bridge.
Hotel functions manager Kelly Winteringham said the fundraiser had become an annual event since the venue reopened in 2013.
“It’s something the hotel has always been keen on supporting,” she said. “The local community really gets behind the cause.”
The event will be held on Friday, March 25, at 62 Hudsons Road. People can also donate to the Good Friday Appeal at www.goodfridayappeal.com.au
