On a corner block in a sought-after wide, tree-lined street, this house has become run down over the years but is ripe for transformation. It may take a little hard work but the results should make it all worthwhile, ultimately providing a place to be proud of. There are five schools within a 1.15-kilometre radius and Seddon’s burgeoning foodie culture is in easy reach. The house has a traditional entry hall flanked by two bedrooms, with a third bedroom next door to the bathroom at the back. The kitchen-diner has lots of cupboards and a gas upright cooker set in the original fireplace. Out back, the garden’s a bit of a jungle but that gives a good start to a future garden. Also out here are two sheds and space for off-street parking.
