The mind-bending contortions of the Ersie siblings will be centre stage at Footscray this Saturday as part of the Emerge in the West festival.
Teame, Abinet and Soliana will be joined across two Nicholson Street stages by some of the west’s top emerging talent in music, art, fashion, dance, circus and spoken word, alongside craft workshops, gastronomic experiences and special offers from traders.
Presented by Multicultural Arts Victoria and Maribyrnong council, the annual celebration of the west’s diverse African communities will take place between Paisley and Irving streets from 1pm-7pm.
