Fitness fanatic Colette McShane is launching her first HIIT Factory with a free community day this Saturday.
The Scottish-born dynamo and busy mum said the HIIT Factory will serve as headquarters for the fitness business, which runs more than 40 weekly sessions at Yarraville, Newport, Williamstown, West Footscray and St Kilda.
The new facility will offer more class times and styles, along with chill out and children’s play areas.
The open day – 10am-4pm on Saturday – will showcase existing and new workouts, including Metafit, Insanity Kids Dance and BE-Yonce Dance, with free refreshments, giveaways and a kids’ play area.
