Mik Weir (pictured) is geared up for the Newport Ska, Reggae and Rocksteady Festival at the Substation on Sunday, March 19. Jamaican rocksteady duo Keith and Tex, best known for their Stop that Train hit, will join the Moonhops from Melbourne as headline acts. A mammoth line-up will perform from 1-7pm.
