UPDATE: A truck was stuck under a bridge in Footscray on Friday, November 14, causing major problems on almost all train lines.

The Craigieburn, Frankston, Sandringham, Sunbury, Upfield, Werribee and Williamstown lines were affected.

An inspector gave the all-clear on the bridge just before 8am, allowing trains to run in both directions.
