Celebrate the New Year at Seaworks, where they’re hosting a ‘Hello 2022’ New Year’s Eve extravaganza.
‘Hello 2022’ is back after a hugely successful sell-out last year. Attendee’s will have a perfect view of the city’s fireworks as they overlook the water at the historic Seaworks Williamstown.
BABBA, local band Retrenched and acclaimed DJ Old Skool will make an appearance as the event’s entertainment.
Various food trucks will be available as well as a full bar at pub prices.
‘Hello 2022’ event organiser Craig Turton said he was excited to bring back this event for the third year in a row, particularly considering the hardship of the past two years.
“The events industry and artists have been crippled by COVID-19, so it is pleasing to bring this event back to support the local industry. For many, this is their first job since June,” he said
“People are so keen to see the back of this year and we’re giving them a safe environment to really let their hair down, be together and welcome 2022 with great optimism.”
“There’s something for everyone with family entertainment, a disco, as well as the amazingly talented ‘BABBA – Australia’s premier ABBA show’. The other great part of this event is that artists get the opportunity to get back on stage where they belong.”
The event starts at 6pm on December 31 and ticket prices start from $35 for adults and $15 for kids.
