Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man wanted on warrant.
Nhat Troung, 35, is wanted on a warrant for possessing heroin.
He is described as 168 centimetres tall with a thin build with black hair.
Troung is known to frequent the Footscray, Carlton and Melbourne areas.
