Self defence classes for seniors

The Maidstone community centre will be holding self defence classes for seniors.

The classes aim to build confidence and awareness around personal safety, by learning easy self defence actions to use in a variety of scenarios.

The class will be run by a female instructor, and no fitness requirements are needed.

The next class will run on March 22 from 10.00am to 10.30am.
