Yarraville’s comeback win

A goal conceded in the 12th minute wasn’t enough to stop Yarraville who sparked a stunning second-half comeback to defeat Keilor Park 2-1 at McIvor Reserve in the Men’s State League 1 North-West competition.

A penalty goal through Lewis Shannon in the 50th minute was the equaliser before Chris Duncan scored the winner to give Yarraville their third win of the season, putting them in fifth.

In the Men’s State League 3 North-West, Williamstown 4-1 to Diamond Valley United playing away from home.
