Williamstown’s maritime precinct Seaworks will be transformed into a hive of boutique booze and artisan food next weekend.
The Holy Water Craft Distillery Festival will be running from 6pm on Friday, August 26 until 6pm on Sunday, August 28.
The event will also include live music from Lulie Tavern, light projections, free unlimited tastings, artisan food offerings and a charcuterie station from ZSA’s, Caviar Bumbs, Burn City Smokers Taco Station, Porcupine Pizza, Melbourne Paella and more.
The festival is the creation of Rachelle Watson and Zoe Beyer, with support from acclaimed cocktail producer Shaun Byrne.
“Our approach is to move away from a typical trade-show environment and leverage our collective experience in arts and entertainment to create an artisan journey with premium beverage at its core,” Ms Beyer said.
Classics including beer and mulled wine, low and no alcohol options, plus hot toddies will also be served at the festival’s main bars.
Mr Byrne said the festival will showcase products from across Australia and some of Victoria’s most talented cocktail producers and distillers.
“We are working to showcase what’s on offer here, aiming to educate people on the many varieties out there through tasting notes and serving suggestions,” he said.
Tickets are also available for a return ferry service dubbed ‘The Reveller’, as well as exclusive dining experiences.
Entry is available at $65 per person, while a ferry package will cost $135 per person.
