Footscray’s Napier Street has now reopened to traffic following an earlier outbound closure, after a truck hit the rail overpass.

Footscray’s Napier Street is currently closed outbound between Hyde Street and Nicholson Street after a truck hit the rail overpass.
Road users are advised to use Hopkins Street, Whitehall Street or Somerville Road instead and to allow extra time, while inbound lanes are open and police are directing traffic.
