A 32-year-old Maribyrnong woman is one of the six charged as part of a police investigation into firearm and drug trafficking.
On Tuesday, August 8, police executed nine search wareants and seized drugs and cash as part of the investigation.
The Maribyrnong woman has been charged with possessing a traffickable quantity of firearms and attempt to traffick and possess drug of dependence.
She was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on October 13.
A Firearm Prohibition Order was served on a 31-year-old man also at the address.
A search warrant was previously executed at a residential address in Maribyrnong on Thursday, July 27.
