There’s so much more to this Williamstown property than meets the eye.

Although the facade shows this to be a period house, the completely renovated interior tells a different story.

Polished floating floorboards start from the entry and flow down the hallway into the living hub.

Through double doors with frosted glass panes, the spacious main bedroom (left of entry) has a walk-in wardrobe and fully tiled en suite with twin square basins in a slick stone-topped vanity unit, and a walk-in shower.

Two more good-sized bedrooms across the hall have built-in wardrobes and are serviced by the fully tiled main bathroom with stone-topped vanity unit and a shower-bath combo with a glass screen.

The dynamic and exciting design of this house provides the flexibility to use up to five areas as separate living, dining, bedroom, office and retreat areas.

Light floods through from a void above the kitchen creating a light and airy space with high ceilings and large windows at eye level.

The white cabinetry is accented with marble on the benchtops and island, and an exposed Tassie oak beam and polished timber floorboards add warmth to the palette.

A television is recessed into the wall in the meals area for an extra touch of luxury so the chef in the family doesn’t miss their favourite show while they cook.

Next up is the step-down family room with a large remote-controlled entertainment system for music and movies. The all-white room, anchored by polished concrete, has an exposed distressed-steel beam adding to its trendy industrial design.

Double doors open to an outdoor undercover entertainment area with built-in barbecue and kitchen that serves the dreamy poolside. A floor-to-ceiling glass sliding wall opens to provide seamless indoor/outdoor living and entertainment.

Upstairs, the first floor mezzanine level is completely dedicated to the home office or study which an entrepreneur with a home-based business will love.

On the third level, bay views from the retreat (or bedroom) with private balcony are ready to be soaked up.
