Man killed in Altona North collision

Police are investigating a fatal collision in Altona North which claimed the life of an elderly driver.

It’s believed two vehicles collided on Millers Road about 4.30pm on January 31, with one of the vehicles subsequently catching fire.

The driver of one of the vehicles, an 87-year-old man, was taken to hospital in a critical condition but later died.
