Police would like to speak to this man in connection with a sexual assault on a woman at Williamstown on March 12.
The woman got off a train at Newport and was walking on Williamstown Road when she noticed a small red car do a U-turn and start following her about 12.40am.
Detectives from Footscray’s sexual offence and child abuse investigation team say the car slowly trailed the woman. The driver later yelled out but the woman ignored him.
When she started walking through Robertson Reserve, the man parked his car in Cecil Street and followed her on foot to Hanmer Street.
He indecently assaulted her near the corner of Thompson Street, before running west in Hanmer Street.
The assailant is described as Caucasian, aged in his 20s, 182 centimetres tall, with an olive complexion, dark hair and skinny build.
He wore a grey hoodie and dark track pants
