Riders from Geelong, Footscray, Ballarat and Colac contested the
Ross Bush Memorial Handicap at Sutherlands Creek on Saturday.
The annual
race is held in honour of Ross Bush, a respected Geelong club rider
whose life was tragically cut short in a 1998 road accident.
Footscray
rider Tim Robertson claimed victory in what he described as the most
important win in his season.
