CALTEX has applied to install eight fuel tanks at its Newport terminal at 411 Douglas Parade.
Applications have been lodged with the Environment Protection Authority and Hobsons Bay Council.
A community information session will be held next Wednesday from 4-7pm at Newport’s Substation.
