A RESIDENT has reported finding what appeared to be a skinned cat at Shaw Reserve in Altona Meadows.
The woman, who asked not to be named, photographed and reported the find to Altona North police.
“I’m a chef by trade so I know about cut lines,” she said. “Everything was intact on the bone but the fur was removed. There were cut lines around the feet.’’
