Maribyrnong Council has resolved to call on the state government to increase enforcement of truck curfews.
The council is also calling for a truck action plan to be considered as part of a long-term solution, delivering ramps on the West Gate Freeway at Hyde Street. Mayor Catherine Cumming said truck traffic through the city would quadruple over the next 25 years.
