POLICE are investigating whether there is a link to a woman being treated for a gunshot wound at Sunshine Hospital and an earlier incident in which officers fired shots at an allegedly stolen
car in Maribyrnong.
Two officers were walking towards a black Commodore in Chifley Drive at about 12.40am this morning (Monday), police said.
The car was driven at them and they both fired shots at it, before it was driven away
