Winners have been announced in the inaugural Freeze Frame Film Festival, the west’s very own film festival for young people, hosted by FReeZA Maribyrnong.
‘Best secondary film’ prize went to Petty Crimes by Arnold Ngo, Connor Jones, Caiden Vorano and Trai Williams, of Footscray City College. The winner in the ‘best open films’ category was I Heart Footscray Library by Bridh Gunn.
The ‘committee’s choice’ winner was Puppies: Pets for Profit by Paris O’Rourke, Bridget Jones, Hannah Veljanovska and Alex Baldwin, of Footscray City College. View the entries at maribyrnong.vic.gov.au
