POLICE hold fears for the welfare of a missing Kings Park teenager who has not been seen since last month.
Johnny Le, 16, was last seen leaving an address in Mavis Street, Footscray on June 5.
The teenager requires daily medication for a mental illness, and at the time of his disappearance was a patient at a medical facility.
He is described as Asian, with an olive complexion, blond and brown hair and thin build. He is about 157cms tall and has a tattoo of a dragon on his right hand.
Anyone who sees or knows the whereabouts of Johnny should contact 000 or Crime Stoppers on 1300 333 000.
