Big race on Anzac Day

SOME of Victoria’s best cyclists will race on Anzac Day in a bid to become the 52nd holder of the Bob Robson Memorial Trophy.

One of the major races on the local cycling calendar, the event has been won by some of Australia’s cycling greats over the years.

It’s also a spectators’ delight with many vantage points ensuring fans get up close and personal with riders as they race around a tight and demanding circuit next to the Williamstown High School. Racing begins at 1.30pm.
