ALTONA North police are seeking the owners of Saints and Demons AFL memorabilia thought to have been stolen from the area.
Police seized a range of items after intercepting three men in a car at Brooklyn last December. The men are assisting police with their inquiries.
Senior Sergeant Peter West said items in police possession included pictures of St Kilda’s Brendan Goddard and Leigh Montagna, former Melbourne stars David Neitz and Jeff White, and a St Kilda football players card print.
A Hoppers Crossing Soccer Club bag and several women’s handbags were also recovered.
