ALTONA staved off a challenge from second-last Lalor to win 85-74 and stay in touch with the top sides in Bowls Victoria’s premier division.
The A’s claimed three, including a massive 32-15 win for boom recruit Brett Dodd. In division 1, Yarraville-Footscray beat Footscray Park-Rosamond 115-56 in a lopsided local derby.
