The artist known as Baby Guerilla this week scaled Newport’s Substation to install her large-scale artwork titled Hanging Around.
It hangs down the northern face of the historic 1915 building and took five hours to put up.
It was installed in time for Friday’s official launch of the 10-day biennial Big West Festival.
The Substation, which was converted from an industrial building into the west’s premier art space, will present eight works as part of the festival, spanning music, theatre, dance and art.
