Yarraville-Footscray remains without a top-flight win after a 21-shot loss to Brighton in the Bowls Victoria metro premier division on Saturday.
In an encouraging sign, the Bulldogs managed to pick up two rinks against the top side, even though they could not halt their eight-game losing streak.
The Dogs face the other winless side Burwood District away on Saturday.
