“Dealing with the fears and not the failings” of ageing is at the heart of an upcoming day of workshops, panels and performances at the Footscray Community Arts Centre.
Performer Robin Laurie said the event would be the culmination of a six-week residency with fellow artists Peta Murray and Heather Horrocks.
“It’s been great talking, playing and engaging with a whole different range of people,” she said.
The Creatively Ageing Forum is from 11am-4pm on Saturday, September 26, wrapping up with a Travelling Exhibition of the Elders, a colourful public parade.
