The low rise development in the old Newport Timber Company grounds opened its Paine Street display suite at the weekend, giving people the chance to meet the CBRE team and view plans.
So far 85 per cent of the homes have been sold.
The display is open everyday between 12 and 4pm at 6 Paine Street, Newport.
