Apartments that meet every need

The Eternity apartment building, an exciting partnership project from Zenitas Healthcare and Apeiron Homes, is set to open next month to much anticipation.

A visually appealing, high-quality 61-unit residential development, Eternity incorporates 15 specialist apartments that have been specifically designed to meet the needs of people with a disability who have high support needs. It’s a wonderful addition to the vibrant heart of West Footscray.

Designed by K20 Architecture – specialists in disability architecture since 2001 – the building takes in spectacular city skyline views, and has elements that make it attractive to purchasers.

Sustainability was the key design driver, with Eternity’s timber facade contributing to carbon positivity. Lifestyle needs have all been considered, such as the inclusion of a rooftop terrace, more common space and vegie garden.

Eternity’s locale, apart from being in groovy West Footscray, is also lifestyle-friendly. It’s next to Stoney Creek, with parkland and walking paths on the doorstep.

Of the 15 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) scattered through the building, just five remain, which reflects the high level of demand. And there’s 24/7 on-site support for health and care needs.

Dean and Carl are two men who have already snagged apartments and are eagerly awaiting move-in day.

“The place looks fantastic!” Dean says. “I am excited about moving into a new apartment with city views. It will be great to enjoy the rooftop terrace, and utilise the communal vegetable garden as I would love to grow strawberries.”

Carl adds: “Having a whole apartment to myself – when I have come from shared accommodation – is very exciting.”
