Building a strong life and community

Stronglife Health and Performance has put a virtual spin on fitness classes as its members stay home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Point Cook-based personal training company has been delivering classes via video link and offering more online support, recipes, motivation, education and inspiration as it helps locals reach their health goals.

Centre founder Brad Mickelsson says he has pivoted the business online since the government-imposed gym shutdown began.

“The team has been providing more accountability, education and support during these trying times,” Brad says.

“We are really enjoying helping people find the positives in the current situation and achieve their health and fitness goals at the same time.

“We have created a free online group to help as many people as possible physically and mentally during this chaotic time.

“Our aim is to bring some structure and routine back into your life while keeping it fun and social.”

Brad’s team, which includes coaches Adrian, Ebony, Josh and Liz, have been putting members through their paces in a paid 21-day challenge – and they’re getting crazy results.

“We don’t have personal trainers, we have personal coaches,” Brad says.

“A coach is focused, full of passion and understands the clients needs and wants.

“They will find solutions for each client’s specific issues and limitations and help them push forward to new heights.

“We are raising the standard of the fitness industry … We aim to be known and recognised for delivering quality service, be full of passion and our dedication towards our clients goals.

“All our coaches go through intense ongoing education and attend regular industry-related courses to further their knowledge so that we can provide the most current, science-based advice and be able to fast track your results.

“Our team of experts work together to help people who want to be the best version of themselves.”

Join and invite any family and friends to join the free Facebook group.
