Maribyrnong mayor Nam Quach (second from left) and the Vietnamese community will celebrate the Children’s Lantern Festival in Footscray on September 12.
The festival will shed light on 40 years of Vietnamese settlement in Australia. Nicholson Street Mall will host dancing, singing, traditional cuisine and lantern-making.
