The west’s best up-and-coming musical talent will be on show this Saturday when ‘’ takes over Footscray’s Phoenix Youth Hub.
SK Simeon will light up the show with his popular reggae dance hall vibe, while Yaw Faso will deliver his much-loved blend of afrobeat and hip-hop.
The free event will also showcase the talents of Franco Cozzo, a guitar-driven band of Footscray City College students with a big local following, as DJ Samry keeps the music flowing on the decks.
Rounding out the event will be a host of acts competing in the FReeZA Push Start ‘Battle of the Bands’ competition.
Push Start runs from 1-5pm, Saturday, at Phoenix Youth Hub, 72 Buckley Street, Footscray.
