Incore Developments was launched earlier this year to focus on end-to-end management of property projects across all sectors. Behind the new venture are seven experts, self-described as “lean and mean” and who come from a diverse background within the property and construction industry.

Incore’s first project was the development of 12 factories in Altona, for which the business received high praise from purchasers.

Senior development manager Tas Christodoulou says that because of Incore’s quality approach and attention to detail, some of those purchasers are keen to come on board the upcoming Fort Altona, a business estate with 28 warehouses, 41 flexi-spaces, four offices and a cafe.

Tas explains the Incore process, which is driven by well-honed values based around culture, agility, social responsibility, legacy, relationships and innovation.

“Our first step is conducting exhaustive market research to ensure a project will add value to the area, through meeting a demonstrated shortfall in business needs and activating local employment,” he says.

“Once we have acquired a greenfield or infill site, we take our proposition to councils to gain permits for planned usage.

“Our own research and ability to successfully pull a project together with the guaranteed support of Civilex and Conset’s expertise in the civil and commercial construction fields means councils and communities are very supportive to our innovative ideas.

“We take care of all the marketing, including naming of developments and branding in the marketplace, and set up pre-sales through real estate agents. We then move to construction, engaging a third-party builder we know to be reputable and with a demonstrated history of success.”

Tas and the rest of the team believe they set a benchmark in the property development sector, ensuring they offer a genuine point of difference.

“The facilities we design incorporate a degree of flair in terms of architecture and the way buildings relate to each other, as well as responding to needs expressed by the community,” he says. “We ensure spaces are really functional, with a look and feel that surpasses what competitors may offer.

“We are on board from the beginning to the end, whether we are developing a large industrial estate, a commercial precinct or medium to high-density townhouse development.

“Our aim is to create a lasting legacy of quality developments for the generations of today and tomorrow.”

Construction of Fort Altona will begin soon, while concept plans for a 30-lot subdivision in Truganina are in the pipeline.
