Condolence books for the victims of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 are at all Hobsons Bay libraries and the civic centre for signing.
Flags at the Hobsons Bay Civic Centre are at half mast for seven days as a mark of mourning and respect.
Condolence books are also at Maribyrnong Town Hall and all libraries in the municipality.
