Victoria Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 45-year-old man wanted on a warrant for failing to appear at court for allegedly contravening a court order.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said Phillip Kent was known to frequent the Footscray area.
“Investigators have released an image of Kent in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts,” the spokesperson said.
“Kent is described as 170 centimetres tall, with a medium build and black and grey hair.”
