Balancing mind and body

A number of Footscray community members have been getting in touch with their life force as part of qigong and tai chi sessions.

Running weekly, the sessions at Footscray Library running every Tuesday explore the spiritual and body-focussed movement system and martial art.

People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Bookings are not required, with participants encouraged to bring along comfortable clothing and runners.

Sessions are being held on Tuesday, March 21 and 28 and Tuesday, April 4, from 10.30am to 11.30am, as well as a morning tea to celebrate the end of the program on Tuesday, April 4 from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
