Mosaic Workshop
Come try your hands on Mosaic, a creative, meditative and satisfying art form. Learn the skills of Mosaic from start to finish while being guided on how to choose your colour palette, cut, shape and arrange glasses into harmonious mosaic. Materials such as an external board (300m x 300m), adhesive, grout and a selection of tiles will be provided in the term fee. The workshops will be held every Monday until June 20 at the Braybrook Community Hub from 1pm – 3pm. Cost is $52 or $44 for concession.
Bollywood Dance Fitness T2
A vibrant and entertaining dance that is suitable for beginners. It gives a whole body workout while dancing to the rhythm of joy with the powerful nature of Bollywood music. Fusing classical Indian steps with folk, Latin and hip-hop styles, the class offers a fast-moving and vivacious dancing workout that is great for enjoyable group exercise. Classes run every Tuesday at the Braybrook Community Hub from 6:15pm to 7:15pm until June 21. Cost is $54 or $45 for concession.
Meditation for Longevity Term 2
Meditation for Longevity is a journey of awareness and selfcare which increases one’s joy and fulfilment in life. Classes run on Fridays at the Braybrook Community Hub from 10:30am and will start from June 3 up until June 24. The class will cost $32.
Job Seeker help sessions
Hobsons Bay Libraries have partnered with Jobs Victoria and a Community Employment Connector (CALD focus) who base themselves at Hobsons Bay Libraries at regular times to provide support and assistance to job seekers, with referrals and resume/job interview help. Community Employment Connector sessions will be running at Altona Meadows Library and Learning Centre on Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 2:00pm during the school term. Jobs Victoria Advocate sessions run at the Altona North Library Community Library on Thursdays from 10:00am -11:00am.

Heritage Walks

Community Lunch and morning tea
The Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Williamstown will be holding a free community morning tea and lunch every Friday at the Parish Centre on Nelson Place. The morning tea starts from 10am. Tea and coffee will be served, alongside a variety of fun activities like knitting, board games and puzzles. The lunch will run from noon-1pm, with takeaway options available. Check-in and vaccination status are required.
Williamstown book sale

Women’s Choir
Willin Wimmin choir welcomes new members. They meet every Wednesday in term time from 7.30-9.30 pm at the Church of Christ Hall in Douglas Parade, Williamstown. There are no auditions and members don’t need to be able to read music. Come along for a free try out.
Computers for beginners
Williamstown Community and Education Centre is now taking enrolments for classes to help those with limited computer skills. Classes are run daily at both Joan Kirner House, Williamstown, and North Altona Library.

Walking group
Altona Meadows and Newport residents are invited to take part in a Heart Foundation walking group that meets on Wednesdays and Fridays. The group walks for 60 minutes, and is a great way to socialise and get active at the same time. Members are required to register with the Heart Foundation to join.

Williamstown Craft Market
Commonwealth Reserve comes alive on the third Sunday of the month for the Williamstown Craft Market. The market boasts more than 50 stalls showcasing everything from handmade craft, homegrown produce and food vendors. There will also be live music. From 10am-4pm.

Kays Classic Fashions Parade
