Police are on the hunt for the 29-year-old, who failed to appear at the Werribee Magistrates Court on August 28, 2015, and front charges of burglary and possessing methyl-amphetamine.
Two warrants have been issued for the arrest of Slattery, who is known to frequent the Werribee and Yarraville areas.
She is described as being 165cm tall, with a medium build, fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes.
