More than 100 newly arrived and more established Australians shared an evening of conversations and food last week as part of the first Welcome Dinner held in Melbourne’s west.
The Welcome Dinner Project is a grass-roots initiative that helps develop relationships between people from diverse cultural backgrounds over shared meals.
The dinner at Highpoint shopping centre was the largest of its kind held in Victoria to date.
