Melton Early Learning Kinders will hold an Easter raffle and afternoon tea fundraiser to help the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

The kindergartens are seeking donations such as Easter eggs, soft toys, craft kits and children’s books to create Easter hampers, which will be raffled.

The event will be held on Thursday, March 29, from 2.30pm.

An Easter egg hunt in Ballan for Keeley’s Cause will have adults and children searching for chocolates and enjoying a day packed with entertainment, rides, games and demonstrations. The event will include community stalls and food vendors.

Keeley’s Cause is a charity started by 13-year-old Ballan girl Keeley to raise money for special needs children.

Money raised will help buy iPads for children diagnosed with autism or intellectual disabilities.
