Hobsons Bay mayor Peter Hemphill said the council is proud to have partnered with the state government for more than 15 years to support Children’s Week activities.

“This is a fantastic program of events to get our city’s kids out and taking part in fun, educational or active new experiences,” he said.

“We are so fortunate to live in a place where our children can grow up to get a good education and live happy, active lives in a great environment.”

“This year’s theme is a great reminder of that, and the events really celebrate all those aspects that are available to kids growing up in Hobsons Bay,” he said.
