Footscray lights up with new Night Market

Footscray twilights will be extra bright in November with the launch of a new night market.

The Footscray Station forecourt will be transformed into a bustling marketplace, featuring hawker-style street food, handcraft and homeware stalls against a backdrop of music and entertainment by Victoria University students.

Footscray traders locked in for the markets include Sekai Japanese Ramen, Burger Business, Viet Soup Kitchen, Konjo Café and Restaurant and Roti Road, along with Scapegoat coffee, Am Dessert and To’s Bakery, and more.

The market will run from 4-8.30pm every Thursday next month.
