Footscray Primary School fete a blast from the past

Multicultural showcases and the classic games and competitions of yesteryear will offer fun for young and old alike when Footscray Primary School holds its first-ever fete this Saturday.

The fete is going back to basics with classic carnival games and plenty of prizes to be won.

From 11am-5pm, the fete will feature more than 20 old-school activities such as egg and spoon races, sack races, a tin-can alley and a paper plane toss.
