Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing Footscray local.
Jurgen was last seen leaving his Barkley Street home in West Footscray about 5pm on Wednesday, November 10.
The 62-year-old was wearing a white T-shirt, dark jacket, and dark green pants with white stripes.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare due to a medical condition that may cause disorientation and confusion.
It is believed Jurgen will be on foot and may be using a walking frame.
