A driver and three passengers were taken to hospital after the car they were travelling in crashed into a wall at the Altona Sports Centre in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said a Toyota Hilux hit a rock-retaining wall at 1.08am.
Four Altona Meadows men inside the vehicle were injured and taken to hospital.
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said a man aged in his 20s suffered shoulder, pelvic and leg injuries and was taken to The Alfred in a serious condition.
He said another man, aged in his late-teens, suffered face and arm injuries and was also taken to The Alfred in a serious condition.
Another two men, one aged in his late teens and another in his 20s, were taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital. Both are in a stable condition.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash, but do not believe alcohol was a contributing factor.
