Westgate Health Co-operative are now running community mental health forums in response to the stress and uncertainty created by the pandemic.
The forums were developed in response to a grant received from Victorian Government Initiative the Westgate Neighbourhood Fund.
The forums are free, and are run both online and in person. Each session focuses on a different topic, including adolescent mental health and anxiety and depression.
Bookings need to be made through the online booking system, with numbers limited.
The first session will be held on March 24.
