The West Gate Tunnel Project will soon be closing the Hyde Street and Somerville Road intersection to upgrade the traffic lights.
The intersection will be closed continuously from 8pm on Friday, October 17, to 5am Monday, October 20 and again from 8pm Friday, October 24 to 5am Monday, October 27.
During the second weekend of works, the closure of Hyde Street will be extended from Berry Street to Princess Street to complete asphalting.
The West Gate Freeway citybound and outbound lanes and ramps will be closed overnight between Millers Road and Williamstown Road on Thursday, October 9 and Friday, October 10.
Citybound closures will be from 9pm to 5am, while outbound closures will be from 10pm to 5am.
